What is hosted PBX?
Hosted PBX is a phone-system arrangement in which the main call-control platform is operated in a provider-hosted environment. Businesses use compatible phones or supported applications to place and receive calls.
How is pricing calculated?
Our listed plan prices are per licensed user, subject to minimums. Essential starts at $22.95 per user monthly with five users minimum; Professional starts at $29.95 with five users minimum; Enterprise starts at $39.95 with ten users minimum. Taxes, regulatory fees and optional services are additional, and a written quote governs the purchase.
Is there an implementation fee?
Implementation is $149 for five to nine licensed users. Implementation for ten or more licensed users is included under the stated standard pricing policy; any unusual scope must be addressed in a written quote.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Potentially. Number portability must be reviewed with relevant carrier requirements and account information. A transfer and its timing cannot be guaranteed before eligibility and acceptance are confirmed.
Does service include call recording, transcription or texting?
Call recording, transcription, SMS/MMS and integrations are excluded from base plan prices. Confirm support and additional costs before ordering.
Will mobile and desktop apps work?
Supported applications and functionality vary by plan, provider compatibility, operating system and configuration. They should be confirmed before the written quote is finalized.
Can we route calls between locations?
Multi-location call routing is a requirement we can assess. The exact calling workflow and supported features depend on the selected plan and network configuration.
What should we know about 911 and emergency calling?
Emergency calling with internet-based business phone services may depend on properly registered service addresses, power, internet connectivity, device configuration and the provider’s emergency-calling terms. Confirm E911 support, location registration, employee procedures and any limitations before activation. Do not assume a remote or mobile device automatically reports the correct business location.
What happens if our internet or power goes out?
Cloud calling depends on network and device availability. Discuss connectivity redundancy, protected power, supported failover or forwarding options and a documented business-continuity procedure. No specific failover performance is guaranteed unless included in the approved service design.
Are all plans fully inclusive?
No. Listed plan prices are based on licensed users and required plan minimums. Applicable taxes, regulatory fees, equipment and separately priced services can change the total. Recording, transcription, SMS/MMS and integrations are not included in the base plan pricing. A written quote controls.
How long will switching take?
Timing depends on numbers being ported, carrier processing, hardware, network readiness and configuration/testing. We do not advertise a blanket guaranteed installation timeline.
What happens to calls during an outage?
We can review continuity and any supported call-forwarding or failover options. Do not assume a specific failover behavior until it is included in the approved design and tested.
